Your "Service" was absolutely awesome!!! My brother passed away several months ago and my sisters and I came to Birmingham to take care of his Condo from out of state. When we arrived, the A/C was out and it was 90 degrees! Called at 11:30 AM, was told that a service tech would be able to come that day and would get a call when he was on the way. Recieved a call at 12:00 noon that he was on the way! He got there at 12:15!!! Checked out the unit told me with great accuracy what it would cost. He did the repair and was done in short amount of time. HE DID AN AWESOME JOB, WAS VERY NICE AND POLITE!! I APPRECIATE YOUR HONESTY AND PROMPTNESS TAKING CARE OF A MAJOR PROBLEM FOR US!! My experience with Standard was excellent! My AC unit went out on a Thursday night. Standard sent a tech out first thing on Friday to investigate. They showed me all of my options, clearly explaining each in detail. I decided to replace the original unit, as it was undersized and 12 years old. Standard had a crew out installing my new AC unit within 2 hours of my approval, and by 5pm on Friday, my house was cool and comfortable. The installation crew was pleasant, efficient, and professional, cleaning up after their work. Since that time, they have maintained both units on my house. I highly recommend the team at Standard Heating & Air!

I am very pleased with the recent work performed by Standard Heating and Air Conditioning at my home. Work included sealing seal plates, installing recessed light insulation covers, and adding insulation to the attic space, as well as installing a new supply duct. Daniel Simmons, Ian Robinson, and Alan (?) were very professional and polite. They kept me informed when the crew would be there each day and what work they would be performing. After the work was finished, they cleaned up everything and honestly left the space in better condition than when they arrived! Would highly recommend.

1st REVIEW: Chris Hampton, Phillip Ozbolt, and Nick Rainey did an excellent job of venting to the outside and sealing all the places that were allowing air in. They were pleasant, polite, and perfect gentlemen. They cleaned up the mess that was created from their work and left nothing behind. 2nd REVIEW: Daniel, Alan, and Ian did a great job of preparing and blowing the extra insulation in the attic. They created very little mess and what mess there was they cleaned up after the job was finished. They were pleasant, polite, and perfect gentlemen.

On Oct.19 2016 the Standard Installation Crew headed by Zack Rainey and assisted by Philip installed two HVAC systems at my home. Two outside units and two inside systems. The work that was performed was outstanding in every respect. Zack and Phillip were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, respectful and thoughtful to my many questions. They explained everything they were doing and planned to do as their work progressed. An outstanding job. I would not hesitate to recommend them on any job.

Absolutely the best company for HVAC or plumbing in the Birmingham area. After dealing with 2 other plumbing companies and getting the run around for 7 days, I called Standard and within 2 days Randy and his team came out and fixed a water leak concealed by an HVAC trunk line in two hours. Very professional, courteous, and they did a great job. Highly recommend and will use them for all future HVAC or plumbing.

Wow! What great service from Blu. Standard actually did not install the unit but we did sign a contract for them to service the unit/furnace. Blu showed up on time. He serviced the furnace and it is now ready for winter. He actually had to do a little extra work because the filter was hard for me to replace. He understood my problem with the filter and fixed it so I could get the filter out. Thank you!

Thorough service. We needed a check on a specific line item from our inspection. The plumber from Standard actually gave us better news and did a better job than the inspector. What we thought would cost a few hundred dollars to fix was actually not a problem at all. All pictures and paper work provided in a timely manner. Great service!

I was not pleased with them at all. I called to set up a time to get my AC serviced and they never showed up. It was to be serviced around 1:00, by the time 3:00 rolled around, no call, no show. Would not recommend them.
