I was recently charged with a DUI a few months back and anyone who has or is going through that experience knows it is a scary scary situation to be in. You are ashamed of yourself for making a careless decision that could affect your life, you are scared of what lies ahead and are just not sure what to do. After a lot of research and referrals, Jaeger and Blankner kept coming up. I called and was in to see Mr. Jaeger that very same day. He explained to me what my situation was and how he and his firm would do everything possible to get me the best result they could. David Novack was assigned to represent me in the courtroom. David is a former prosecutor and you can tell he has very good rapport in the courtroom. David met me at the courthouse and let me know my situation was looking a little bleak (I had 3 witnesses ready to testify against me). David found a way for me to walk away with no jail time, and get my hardship drivers license so I can work. That was what I was looking for when I hired an attorney. No Jail time and I can keep my job. David Novack did an excellent job in helping me keep my life in tact and I would recommend him and the Firm Jaeger and Blankner to anyone needing help when faced with a DUI.

I had been charged with driving under the influence not to long ago.I was referred to the Jaeger and Blankner law firm by a close and trusted friend. My case was assigned to Mr. Matthews Bark. Everyone that I came in contact with in the firm was very friendly and professional. When I finally had to attend a court hearing and saw Mr. Bark in action for the very first time, I was immediately relieved. We went as far as picking a jury and setting a date for trial. Two days before the trial date I got a call from Mr. Bark. He had worked out a deal with the state so that my D.U.I was completely dropped ! I was charged with reckless driving (non alcohol related) and thats it ! I received no points on my license and I did not have to pay any of the three tickets that the state trooper had written me. I just have to complete a D.U.I class in order to get my license. Needless to say I was and am very happy with the outcome. Mr. Bark talks fast, thinks fast, and acts just as fast. Remember, you get what you pay for! There are many other less expensive firms you can hire, but you are not going to get results like this.....money well spent ! You most definitely want this man on your team ! Thank you so much Mr. Bark !

If I could give them 10 stars then I would. Ali and his staff recently helped me with an issue and they were great. He was always available if I needed him, whether right away or shortly after I left him a message. His legal assistant answered any questions I had usually within an hour or two and they both updated me throughout the entire process. Going through anything that involves the court system is stressful and something you hope gets resolved quickly and within your favor, and I understand not knowing who to turn to. I was charged with a DUI and was sent to Jaeger and Blankner by a friend. They were always very helpful and professional and were able to work with my crazy schedule and my monetary restrictions. The did a great job and got my DUI knocked down to a reckless driving with alcohol. All in all it was a good experience and the firm did a excellent job.
