When my mom was involved in a serious car accident, at no fault of her own, we were at a loss as to how to proceed with her totaled car and mounting medical bills. We decided we needed to obtain a personal injury attorney and searched here in Columbus for someone to represent my mom. After conversations with a few attorneys, we selected The Fitch Law Firm to represent my mom. Best decision we could have made! Both John and Becky treated my mom with kindness and respect. We never felt her case was anything but priority as they were always quick to respond to calls and emails. They never overpromised, but ultimately over-delivered. We received straightforward consultation, managed our expectations very well and always conducted themselves with integrity and honesty. After hearing from friends/family who did not select the same caliber of legal representation for their own personal injury attorney, I am so thankful we came across John and Becky.

I am an attorney who was involved in a life-changing automobile accident. I hired John Fitch to represent me, and I am so glad I did. I found Mr. Fitch to be extremely knowledgeable about traumatic brain injuries. I was treated like a person who he truly cared about and not just a number. I had Mr. Finch represent me on the wrongful death lawsuit of my son from a hit n run. He came right out to my home the next day and got right on the case. There is not one complaint i can give on this law firm. The case was settled fast and i was able to concentrate on my family and what needed to be done during our grief and the upcoming trial of the man who was charged. His receptionist Becky kept in constant contact and made sure things were handled outside of what the firm was doing. She knew every court date and called me right after to make sure i was ok and asked how things went in the court room, that was above and beyond her duties.
