Hmm where to start. lynn chevrolet was really nice to me and went on and on about how i would love my mazda rx8 and that it was a one owner, taken good care of and that the saleperson knew the ppl who traded it in... it ran great for my test drive but little did i know that my car really was a lemon. since ive purchased it in june it had all 4 coils replaced, a new motor mount, a new calytic converter, and then after i took it back to get checked out again at a mazda dealership for more problems they finally said i needed a new engine and on top of that my airbag light came on so i need to replace the harness which is not covered under the warranty i bought (the one lynn chevroet said would cover bumper to bumber)..all in all i have had nothing but problems with that car so it really makes me wonder if they even check trade ins to make sure that their customers are buying a safe car! They just throw a clean carfax at you and say is in great condition with one owner. bs! I nearly got into 4 vehicle crashes bc of lack of power that the car put out during the hot summer days... so thank you lynn chevorlet. i will never go back to you for another car.
Our car buying process took about 2 days, we worked with Jason and he has been the best at helping with our needs. He was very attentive and understanding. We were upset that the original truck we wanted sold but he was quick to get one exactly the same but we didn’t like the rims and tires on it. He was quick to meet our needs and have the rims and tires we wanted put on. He had the car washed and clean when it was time to pick up. He took the extra mile to go over the truck and how to use the features on it. He was very knowledgeable on what he was doing and answered all our questions. The staff as well were all very nice and attentive and we’re very patient with our daughters as well who were very inpatient with being there for a couple of hours. I definitely highly recommend to come here! It was a pleasure to have had Jason as our salesman!
Darrell was excellent, very courteous,and friendly. Darrell was very knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot. He ask what type of vehicle, price range,and monthly payments do i want to stay around. Darrell showed me several vehicles on the lot and told me what options were on each vehicle. I did not feel pressured to buy and felt very comfortable with Darrell. Also Joe White the sales manager gave me a good fair price for the trade in i was pleased with it. And Chasity Guthrie the Business Manager carefully explained all the contracts and i fully understood everything. Great crew at that location. Also I got a vehicle with more options on it than the other four dealerships i went too, at an affordable price. I will highly recommend this location. Thank you,from a very satisfied customer
This dealership should be ashamed of themselves and there techs. Purchased a ZR1 and had shipped to Georgia. Car arrived with broken sway bar (due to there shipping company who also never reimbursed me for the damage). Car was also missing the front splitter ($2000 part) and had old dry rotted, bald tires with 3 nails total I found. NO WAY did they do a inspection of this car before reselling it as a CPO. After several calls the nasty attitude, combative general manager agreed to pay for 2 tires, not 4 , and an aftermarket splitter at $500. Buyer beware of this place, and dont even think about buying a corvette from there or having it serviced there, this place is incompetent and lucky I didnt sue them. I bought my truck at Lynn Smith in burleson, I drove off the lot after paying cash for it and within an hour the engine light came on. I brought it back to them with paperwork from auto zone saying exactly what Was wrong with the truck but they simply just changed the battery instead of fixing the $1800 of work the truck needed. My experience with them was horrible so I brought my truck to kris brown because the engine light was on again the same day Lynn smith "fixed" it. Everyone at kris brown was extremely professional and my truck was fixed within a couple of days. I will definitely be back for any future Chevy needs.
I came in last minute after my family stressed I go to this dealership. I never financed a car till today! honestly I was scared to. but everyone at Lynn Smith took excellent care of me. Darrell showed me one vehicle of my liking and I was sold! This was absolutely the worst car buying experience I have had. I purchased a 2014 Chevy Captivia in May. I was lied to from start to finish on everything from first 3 oil changes would be free to I would receive a spare key; none of that happened. The paper work was not accurate and I never received my registration. I had nail in the tire and had to pay to get another registration sticker as I never got one from them. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I will never recommend this dealership to anyone.
Excellent!!!!! Laura took my name and number 7 weeks ago. She called me yesterday and said she found us a vehicle. She looked for seven weeks. Today we are driving off in our Traverse. Due to a lot of medical bills we had our foreclosed on two years ago. She went above and beyond to help us get our new vehicle. We thank her from the bottom of our heart. She is amazing. We previously purchased from Lynn Smith and came back for a second vehicle. However, this time we were extremely unhappy with the service! We are a gm family and expected the same package and service we had previously received. We were given a maintenance package for $600 more and additional items for another $1000. To top it all off we received an inappropriate email response from our salesman. We will not be back and will not refer anyone!!
Everyone was very nice and accommodating. I entered with the vehicle I wanted already picked out on the web, and the salesman was very quick about bringing the vehicle around. After the test drive we discussed any discounts available and he did his best to qualify me for all available. All of the finance and insurance help was great too. Lynn Smith was one of the only dealerships to carry the Silverado 1500 in blue.

Zane was great! We went in within an hour of the closing time and left with our new car the same night. I called to make sure the car I was interested in was still available and he had it pulled up front for us to look at when we arrived. Everyone was very pleasant. Now we use Brandon in the service department and she is great!

Don Ealy was an awesome salesperson. I never felt being pressured by him at any minute and he did everything right to get me in a new car. The whole staff that I encountered was great.
