Shalyn Clark is not able to truly listen and understand the problems. Her CSR is poorly trained gives completely false and non-compliant answers to questions about your policy. I questioned why a coverage was left off my policy when I replaced my car, and they made the regional office the scape goats. I was originally told that the office had left it off when replacing my car on the policy. Then when I asked to discuss why, I was told they cannot discuss anything with me, since I was not the policy holder. Which is false. I work in insurance, I am able to discuss the coverage and limitations of my policy. I am not able to make changes. This is just one of the many many mistakes they made in the past few weeks. I am happy I went to another agent.

where to begin, they got my info wrong right off the bat. wrong car, wrong address. causing my rates to be higher than what i was originally quoted. Now there is a surprise billing issue. costing me an extra 100 dollars a month??? but the main line cant seem to tell me what the charges are for. how are you able to charge me for something, but not say what it is? this place is a joke and it seems like its ran by the incompetent.

Looked online for a quote with a completely separate company and within an hour they were calling and emailing me. I never requested a quote, I never contacted their company, but they found me somehow. There is something shady going on with this business, DO NOT TRUST THEM.
