had a claim with this insurance. Very rude adjuster. She raised her voice and tighentened her tone whenever I asked questions, often answering, "this is not how we do things" When Carla was not available other people gave me wrong information about my claim, how to proceed with injuries, etc. Completely shocked that they are still in business with their poor customer service and lack of basic etiquette.

is sad this company does not open on Saturdays insurance companies should open everyday smh and Saturdays they have a machine saying they will call u back !! good luck
