Outstanding and knowledgeable customer service!!!!!!! I approached this agency to request a home insurance quote as I felt I was overpaying on my current policy. It took Eva Pineda, the agent who attended me, less than 2 minutes to notice an incorrect surcharge on my insurance policy invoice. I was stunned to find out that I was overcharged for years and my previous agent did not alert me about it. Thank you Eva!!!!!!!
