Being a first time home buyer, I was taken back at the level of incompetence I stumbled across in the industry. Not only from the big banks that weren’t one bit flexible in this volatile market to real estate “professionals” that were nonchalant at best! Perhaps it was my determination to find that cliché needle in a haystack that led me to Wayne. Wayne is amazing! He catered to my NEEDS, kept open communication and clearly takes pride in his work! He also referred me to my agent, my home owner’s insurance rep and even a licensed contractor; they were all nothing short of a cut above the rest!
