In November 2013, attorney Joseph Land assisted me in acquiring 50% custody of my 6 year old son on an uphill battle with the respondent. I should have supported him the way he supported me by writing a well-deserved testimonial, but for one reason or another, it never happened. At the time, I thought he achieved what I could not and that I would never need his services again, I was wrong. In May 2015, I put myself in an unfortunate position where I made myself vulnerable to decreasing that very important, half physical custody time with my son and making a temporary restraining order filed by the respondent, permanent. In this situation, I caught myself calling Mr. Land again. Due to the scheduled court date and my refusal to ask for a continuance, Mr. Whitmarsh was appointed to my hearing. At first, I was doubtful, skeptical and wanted Mr. Land to represent me as he had done before in the past, but he assured me his partner, Mr. Whitmarsh, would take care of it. He gave me his word. Court date arrives and Mr. Whitmarsh delivers! I kept the same half custody order and the restraining order was not granted. These guys are awesome! Fernando I.
