I have used Friedle Insurance for several years now. My parents recommended them because they had such a positive experience. I generally work with Kelly Jo. She makes me feel like a friend vs. a client. She is always very personable and always brightens my day when I speak to her. She responds very quickly to any question I have whether it be by phone or e-mail. If Kelly is unavailable for any reason, others in the office are more than willing to help any way they can. I highly recommend Friedle Insurance to anyone to wants to have exceptional customer service!
