I recently had Mike S and Jeff H at my home, one for annual service on the air conditioner and the other to replace the garbage disposal. Both men were prompt, courteous, very knowledgeable, answered my questions, were respectful of my time and pleasant. Mike and Jeff identified themselves, confirmed what they were there to do, and were prepared with the necessary parts and paperwork. They wore shoe coverings, were neat and clean, and cleaned up their work area. I always call Mendel to handle all heating/cooling/plumbing/electrical and remodeling needs because I am comfortable having them in my home. All members of the Mendel team are professional. I trust them to provide me with the information I need to make any decisions and know they will assist me with decisions that will work best for me. They work within my schedule and always call when they are on their way. Thank you Mike, Jeff and the entire Mendel team. You simplify my life!!!

Dave was awesome!!! It was a last minute sink drain problem right before my sisters were scheduled to arrive. He was very knowledgeable, and patient with me (as I know nothing about plumbing) and explained what he saw and gave what I felt was great customer service with great recommendations. He discussed several options with me and we went forward with the best value to meet my budget and repair needs. He also took the time to look at some other concerns that I had in my house and supplied great, caring recommendations based on his experience. Dave was also incredibly personal, from the minute that he arrived, until the second that he left after a job more than well done. Dave was great! Actually, everyone I have come into contact with at Mendel has been superb. What a super group of talented, trustworthy people Mendel has...that do everything they can to provide nothing less than stellar service.

The work was done within a reasonable time frame with little to know concerns or issues. Eric was very direct and professional in his explanation of the work to be addressed and took time to make sure any mess created was addressed before leaving my house. Eric showed concern for my personal property and made sure he took whatever needed to make the repair and replacement in my attic and roof successfully and without incident. With Mendel I can always count on them to fully understand the task at hand and perform all work needed with professional knowledge required to address the job at hand. I would highly recommend this company especially if you want the job to be completed by professionals who truly care about you the customer.

Anthony came and checked our unit upstairs and changed fuse. During the night we were hot and found that the A/C unit did not turn on. We knew Anthony would be coming back and we could ask him then. Today he found 2 mice electrocuted I our A/C unit outside. He found a wire disconnected and connected it. Now the heating and air are working perfectly. The fuse was again replaced. Anthony showed me how to change filters as we had never changed the filters. Thank you for having such wonderful and caring service providers working for you. We originally had Mendel come out to solve the blockage and we were left with a bill of 1050.00 for them doing only half of the job and no warranty (one of two drains cleared). We did call them first to try to complete the job and were told that there would be an additional charge (a new job). We decided to try Roto-Rooter instead. Roto-Rooter came out and assured us that they charge by the job (not the job plus hourly work) so we would have no surprises. The representative from Roto-Rooter was SO kind and helpful, completed the job, and gave us a 6 month warranty on the job for $435.00 (compared to more than double the bill, half the work, and not even a limited warranty from Mendel).

I wanted to Thank Mendel Plumbing on the Outstanding servive they provided yesterday with my furnace and A/C installation. My Furnace and A/C were the originals to the home (35 years old) still working but were in need of an upgrade. From the first visit with Matt the sales rep, to the Three very knowledgeable installers this process was handled with A+++++ service. The tech came with shoe covers, on time, with a great smile. He introduced himself and verified the purpose of the visit. He asked if there were any additional concerns I had. He kept me informed of his progress. When the service was completed, with no problems identified, he asked if there were any questions. Aryn came here to redo my dryer vent completely from tubing to vent hood. He did an extremely excellent perfect job. There is nothing that I could even have asked to be better. He was very helpful, answered all my questions (which I always have too many of), was friendly (even to my pup), was tidy and thorough. I am just so pleased with how it turned out. Who would think you could get so excited about a new dryer vent, but if you saw mine now, you would understand. I love working with Mendel. Thanks so much. Our furnace was not operating properly so I called for service. Mendel sent their service technician out shortly after I called them. Our furnace was still under warranty and so we were covered for parts and labor. Service Technician, Nick, checked the system over carefully and explained the problem to us. He had the parts with him in his truck so he was able to make the repair immediately. We have been Mendel customers for many years and have always been satisfied with their service.

I had a leak occur on a Friday night. I called Mendel Plumbing and Mike T. Was out to examine the problem Saturday morning. The leak ws not an emergency, so I was able to schedule service the following Monday at 7am. Mike T. Arrived on time as planned; I was impressed. He fixed my problem in less time than I expected. The quality of his work is top notch. He left zero mess. I would highly recommend Mendel Plumbing and Mike. Five stars all the way. Very professional company.

Steve and Mike worked together to remove 3 skylights in our 21 foot living room ceiling and install a fan in their place. Steve expertly repaired our roof and ceiling while Mike did a beautiful job of running electricity into the ceiling that previously had none with NO damage to our existing walls and ceilings! He then did an equally expert job of installing our new fan. We love these guys and would recommend them to anyone!!

They would not give a quote over the phone for us either. They were only only ones who would come out on Saturday and our leaking hot water heater had to be fixed due to a party we were throwing and having an infant. Do I think were overpaid? Yes. He did replace and remove the old tank and redid the cold & hot lines as well as the gas line. We were in a time crunch and couldn't really shop around.

Called early in morning for drain problem, was set for same day afternoon appointment by Marie. They(Terri?) called late morning and said they had an opening and could come out early. Very professional, up front pricing and great service. Some pressure to up sell other services but responsive to " thanks but not at this time". Would recommend them for plumbing services to anybody.

The service was thorough and Nick reviewed everything he did during the service and noted a couple of items for consideration in the future. Very friendly, courteous staff - gotta be the nicest in the business. Seems like there are cheaper people to call, but remember: sometimes you get what you pay for, and if you want things done right, it is worth a little more for peace of mind on a bigger job. I recommend at least letting Mendel price quote any job, knowing it will be done right.

While trying to change a shower head, I broke the pipe coming out of the wall. Mendel came over in a couple hours and had it fixed in a short time. Also took care of some other small problems. Have used Mendel other times with the same result.
