Sal Salcedo came to service our furnace for the winter season. He was very knowledgeable and very meticulous in his work on the furnace. It looked like it was new when he was finished. Two parts were needed to complete the furnace work and after inspecting the vents and ducts he recommended that the fiberglass ducts and some of the registers be replaced as well as the thermostat and advised to install a new high quality air filter for the furnace. An appointment was made for the recommended repairs and replacements. Richard and Manny came on the appointed date. They covered the floors and furniture in the room with access to the ducts and likewise were meticulous and hard working; taking care of the repairs on the furnace, installation of the new thermostat, new ducts and registers in a timely manner. All the people at Home Comfort are friendly and courteous and keep their word as to what they will do and when they will do the work. I am impressed at their level of competence and their work ethic. The furnace and AC work great with much improved and cleaner air flow especially to the upper floors. I heartily recommend them for your service needs. Not something that I am able to do very often for other service providers.

We have a new Lenox furnace at our home recently purchased it from and installed by Home Comfort USA. Everyone who we dealt with at Home Comfort USA were very professional and helpful trying to made sure We are absolutely satisfied. CJ the Comfort Advisor was very helpful every step of the way. He made sure that all of our questions answered and provided the best deal and financing that made our decision very easy to sign the contract. Andrew the supervisor also answered some of our critical technical questions to make sure we feel comfortable. CJ followed through and made sure that everything is done to our expectations and we are very pleased with his pleasant approach and attention to detail. The crew who installed the furnace were Giovanni, Christian and Daniel were professional, helful and also made sure that the job is done to our pleasing. The crew at the office who does the planning, scheduling, etc. made it all easy and pleasant experience. I highly recommend Home Comfort USA and the Comfort Advisor CJ in your next purchase of furnace or aircondition.

I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. The technicians are great. Unfortunately the office staff that does the scheduling and follow-up work does not know what they are doing. I wasted almost 4 full days waiting on this people to show up for appointments and then cancel at the last minute. Over 10 different appointments. Several times they sent the wrong technician to the house who is not capable of doing the job. They sent a plumber to do electrical work and vice versa. The wasted so much of my time that if I can just have them take out the equipment they already installed so I dont ever have to deal with them, I will. I spoken with somebody in management about this issue before and was promise that I will not have the same problem. Guess what, it happened again and again. If you want to waste your time waiting for them to show up, then you can hire them. They are not the cheapest so I was expecting better customer service but no such luck. Awful, awful customer service. I would give them no stars.

There are many things to be grateful for on a daily basis. Today, I am thanking God for the team at American Comfort. The dispatchers, office staff, sales reps and installation team were all so friendly. Our rep, Vince, showed up exactly on time for our appointment. The installation team even arrived early! This has been such a lovely experience. I was also grateful for the unhurried time that Vince spent with us explaining about our old system and why our home was SO dusty. Our new system will be life changing. It was very nice to have payment options explained too. I have heard 1800comfort advertised on radio station KFSH many times and followed my heart and called. What a blessing. You have surrounded yourself with excellent people, Ken. God will continue to bless your business because you are a man of integrity. Vince shared with me how you uphold your business in prayer and I will too. Thank you all so much for providing us with our beautiful new Lennox system. We are thrilled.

We have had an absolute great experience with Home Comfort USA. We could not be anymore pleased than we already are. When we had a tech come out to the house, they unfortunately were running a bit late due to the weather, but the communication was awesome. I received a phone call from the dispatcher who was extremely friendly and she let me know that my tech would be delayed. I have no problem with this since things happen, but the important part is that I was called and notified. Once the tech arrived he was extremely knowledgable and not pushy at all. He provided to me all of the information i needed to make the right decision for myself. After we purchased the A/C unit we also will have him come out to do an inspection every year. We just had our air conditioning and heating unit replaced by Home Comfort USA. We had the best experience from the inspector who came to see if our unit would benefit from a tune up or if we need to replace it. Upon inspection it was determined that our 17 year old unit had done its work. The sales representative was so helpful and guided us through the process. Two days later the installation went without a hitch. The workmen were courteous and respectful. The left our home and back yard clean and without damage. Would use them again and will definitely will recommend them. Thanks Home Comfort USA team.

Tim Eagleson performed maintenance on our HVAC System yesterday. It was a pleasure to have him perform the maintenance. He was pleasant, respectful & polite. He did a very thorough job & was very detailed. He has experience, training & knowledge that is very commendable. I asked lots of questions & he answered them directly. He is technically sound and anticipates problems & conditions with your system. In my view he is a top technician with an outstanding personality. You should definitely keep & promote him. I got a quote Today for my 1560 Square Feet Home. I like to get multiple bids to explore my options. I found the prices to be ridiculously overpriced, my total would of came out to $22k. The Service Tech was saying not to worry that I can use the HERO Program to pay nothing out of pocket but my Mortgage would increase by $300+ for 15 Years. Before the Service Tech even gave me a quote he wanting my GF and I to get approved by the HERO Program. The $22k does not even include Insulation, the service tech said its not necessary...... I will definitely be looking for something much affordable.

I called three companies to get an estimate on replacing my ac unit. All but the last were more than happy to replace it at several thousand dollars. The tech from Home Comfort USA was different. He looked at it and asked me why I wanted to replace it when he could get it working in five minutes and for less than $200? I almost fell over when he told me. I was skeptical but I told him to give it a try. He went out to his truck, came back with a part and my AC was working again. It is great when you come across good honest people.

Home Comfort USA is the real deal. They completely rocked it! I heard their advertisement on the radio and decided to give them a try. I was really impressed with everyone with whom I dealt. From the kind lady Nicole, who took my phone call, all the way to Brian my project manager. I ended up purchasing a new A/C unit from them and I received some additional information on air purification. I’ve always been interested in that, maybe next year? Anyways, what more can I say but these guys are awesome!

Elan came to do the first inspection on my new furnace, and kindly explained to me how to change the filter, where the gas valve shutoff was, and how to operate the thermostat. I had forgotten all since the instal last December. He was very patient, which I appreciate. He also answered all my questions regarding air conditioning and removal of asbestos, should I decide to do it. I would highly recommend Elan to anyone who is thinking about replacing their equipment.

The Home Comfort salesman provided me with all my options as well as all the information I needed to make my choice. The technicians who installed my furnace and air conditioner did an excellent job (even lining my furnace closet), wore booties and spread tarp, vacuumed, and hauled away all the trash. The city inspector, who reviewed the job after it was finished, said the installers made his job easy.
