Trevor Jones, the technician, who did the actual inspection and repair work, was courteous, professional and efficient. He did only what was required and did not try to talk me into more expensive and unnecessary repairs, which I truly appreciate. He put up with my obnoxious, yappy dog and did a great job. The office has been responsive and scheduled all appointments on time. A few days later, Victor came out on time - no waiting - and replaced a huge post on my patio. His work was excellent and cleaned up the site and left everything better than it was! He was professional and polite and did and excellent job. i was told "f... you, your a renter" when they put a board with a knot in it on the front of the house after i told them it was defective.(just in case you dont know why that is a problem there is now a hole in the board) this was some year back. Complaints were made but nothing was done. If you rent and you feel like being treated less than human, this is the pest control for you.
