On time, professional, and helpful. The office staff did a good job of giving reminder calls and a heads up when the technician was on his way. The plumber was flexible to work around our need to use the plumbing while he was working on it. He even gave me a tutorial about how to shop for a kitchen faucet. When we got our new furnace and A/C earlier this year, the salesman was helpful, not high-pressure. When installing they stayed late to make sure the job was done, even changing out workers midway through as needed. Cleaned up nicely afterward, and even hung around to make sure I knew how to use the new thermostat.

We had a leak in our foundation. Something that could have been disastrous, ended up being not as terrible as imagined. Summers showed up timely, gave great recommendation on how to handle the situation until it could get fixed and fixed the leak with minimal damage to our flooring. They even suggested we get in touch with the water company to help alleviate some of the bill from the leak. All in all, these guys were great and I would recommend them should you ever have a leak.

Wow! I was prepared for astronomical bill and days with the use of water in my home when my septic drain pipe ruptured under my house. I was not prepared for Brian to show up, crawl under the house and have everything back in working order in record time! I have never been so thrilled with the use of running water and the facilities in my home before! Thank God for modern day plumbers!

Will not stand behind their work. Had to call back out to clear a simple drain that they did not fix properly on first visit. Guarded me from speaking to a manger and wanted to charge me another $80 to come fix same issue. Steer clear. Shady.
