We had to close a short sale on a limited time frame (about 2 months). We got all our paperwork into the loan officer, and she said the had everything in hand. About a week before our closing date, without telling us, she called the selling agent stating that she needed more time and to postpone the sale. Thankfully we found out before the bank canceled the short sale. We left Unifirst to go do a decent lender who were able to take care of the loan process in the week that remained. I will not be using Unifirst, and recommend to anyone else to avoid them as well.

The whole process was pretty easy and painless. I compared her fees with other companies and found them slightly lower. Plus Kim was very professional so there was no reason not to use her.
