I recently bought a house long-distance from across the country. Brian Beecraft was very helpful and made the entire process very easy for me. He gave me some numbers up front that helped me in the decision of whether to buy a home. One the loan was in process, there was one situation regarding the financing that called for a creative solution and Brian was able to facilitate that in order to have the loan process go smoothly. He helped me navigate through the process and made sure that the deadlines were met. LeAnn Eckhart also was great in helping make sure that everything got done on time and answering questions! James helped as well when a bump in the road was encountered. One of the most exciting days of my life was when Brian left me a voice mail saying "congratulations - you are a new homeowner in Colorado!"

My husband and I recently closed on a refinance loan at Fidelity. Allen Coombs is our loan officer and we cannot say enough great things about him and our experience with his expertise. This the the second time we have worked with Allen and can vouch for his efficiency. We own several rental properties and are regularly seeking mortgages and refinancing. Allen makes himself accessible and answers all questions in a timely manner as one works through the demanding process of submitting tons of paperwork. In the past I have had loan officers delay returning calls and sometimes it took several months to complete the loan. With Allen at the helm, we have closed within less than a month. Unbelievable service. Plus, he is genuinely a nice guy!

I worked with Brian, and had an excellent experience. He worked with me at the very beginning of my home buying experience, and reviewed ways I would be able to increase my loan amount. When I called him about 7 month later, he remembered me and got to work right away. Brian utilizes an online portal for documentation, which makes the buying process very easy. He is very easy to communicate with and if very prompt in returning calls and emails. Brian is overall a nice person and when we sell in the future, I hope to work with him again.
