We moved from Texas to Washington State to be closer to family, Washington housing is much more expensive than Texas, and the only way we could purchase a home is with a Reverse Purchase mortgage. We did an extensive search of lenders who offered this program and chose Cliff at All Reverse. We could not have chosen better! From application to closing was only 30 days. Cliff and staff were there to walk us thru the process. We closed on our contract date and everything went smoothly. As I am a retired escrow officer, my expectations were very high. For some reason there is some sort of negative stigma attached to reverse mortgages. This is a false interpretation. Even my wife was initially embarrassed at our getting a reverse mortgage. It is a super good deal, and I think she now realizes this. Use All Reverse Mortgage Company. My experience with All Reverse Mortgage was 5 Star all the way. Cliff was great, always got back to me promptly with answers to my questions and Caren, well Caren was wonderful! She even figured out something that was bothering me without my directly asking her and called me with the answer.
