Natalie Quates is awesome! She was so wonderful helping me with some issues that were out of my control and sprung up on me during a really stressful time. Dealing with them with out her would have been a nightmare but Natalie worked with me every step of the way and was the support and everyone wants and needs but can never seem to find. Everything is all taken care of through the help of Natalie and everyone she had to work with on her end. I never had to explain anything more than once to her and she was always aware at what was happening throughout the month of getting things fixed. At no point did she seem frustrated, she was just happy she could me and I definitely appreciate her going above and beyond. Thanks Chris von Lehe Allstate!!

I have been with Chris Von Lehe Allstate Insurance for just over 2 years now. It is so easy when you have an insurance agent who cares! I had a question regarding my policy and I was put right through to Natalie! It is not like these other companies where you have to wait on hold for 44 minutes. She was extremely thorough when going over my new policy and answered all my questions without hesitation. It is nice to know people still care about their customers! Thank you!
