I experienced rude and unprofessional service. The first question I asked the receptionist was if they wrote business for Citizens commercial policies. She said yes and transferred me to the agent. I then, asked the agent to confirm if they wrote business for Citizens commercial auto... again, the answer was yes. The reason this was so important was because I am also in the insurance industry and write business for all of the other carriers other than Citizens... this was the only reason I was interested in getting a quote. With that being said, the agent continued to get ALL of my information (which I am always hesitant to hand out in the first place), placed me on hold, then came back to the phone and told me THEY DONT WRITE BUSINESS AUTO POLICIES FOR CITIZENS! Waste of my time and absolutely outrageous. Know your products and what you can offer!

The service I received was completely unacceptable, I would not advise anyone to ensure a vehicle with this agency. The staff is incompetent- I was given incorrect information on more than one occasion, & they are extremely rude with their customers. I was baffled by my personal experience with them and would not return under any circumstance. Horrendous service.

Not once, but twice has Lakeside insurance helped me. They beat out all the big names, with way better rates and service than the big insurance companies. Any young person looking to get a better rate on their insurance should give them a call. I personally highly recommend Krystyn! She will take the time to listen, and find the best policy for you.
