(I HAD to put 1 star in order to submit this review) ZERO STARS, or NEGATIVE stars would be best here. BEWARE!!!!!!!! This company uses a bait and switch approach which is incredibly unethical, especially in terms of family health insurance. I did get issued a full refund after nearly having to fight with a "director" of the company who stated he knew I was lied to, but wanted a chance to "redeem" himself. When I enrolled in a plan yesterday, I was told I was getting a Multiplan PPO in which my office visits would be covered as well as Rx coverage. My first concern was when they got on the phone to tell me that the monthly premium was going to be a little more than they originally quoted me 10 minutes prior. I let it slide. Within 5 minutes of hanging up and obtaining my insurance cards, etc-I realized that they sent me an entirely different plan through Pivot insurance which is a short term insurance plan and does not cover anything. It was NOTHING they told me I was getting. The lack of integrity alone is despicable, but this is entirely unethical! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

Having had some negative experiences with selecting insurance coverage, I was disposed to be easily impressed. May agent/associate Hailey Frank was straightforward, patient, helpful and apparently quite knowledgeable. She was also able to accommodate my schedule. Questions I had about the options she found for me were readily answered and I did not sense any hesitation or reticence to address the hard questions I posed. My verifying specialist, Natalyn, did not hesitate to locate answers to my questions as I reviewed the specifications and authorizations. I could not give my experience a five-star rating because I just enrolled today and have not had opportunity to use the services for which I am paying. The proof is in the pudding is the adage but I am expecting excellent service from my policy.

After I got off the phone with the broker, William Corchado, I thought I had a positive experience, and I was urged to make a positive review of the National Brokers of America on Google. Later when I called the insurance company that they paired me with, I learned that William Corchado completely falsified the information he said my plan was. He told me I had an insurance plan with Aetna and Cigna, and I absolutely did not have that. He said I would be covered by any hospital in the country. (Also, very untrue, I learned). They require a fee for their services, which is what the pay off is for them. Just beware of what they are telling you on the phone, and make sure you read the fine print that they send you, even though they are rushing you through to sign all the required documents.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!! I was told that they could help me find an insurance plan. They sent me an email and all my information/plan was incorrect. I told the operator on the phone that all my information was wrong and he insisted that I needed to sign the document electronically and then I would be able to modify my information, however that was wrong. After I signed, they sent me a fake insurance card and already charged my credit card. After that, they gave me a very hard time refunding me my money back, claiming that it would take up to 4 weeks.

I have been with out insurance since 2013. I was penalized this year with a 695.00 income tax penalty. I went on line and was contacted by a brokerage co. and was put in touch with Agent William Corchado. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in getting me a policy that met my needs and my budget. After he completed my enrollment I was then serviced by Mr. Terrell McDonald who completed the verification process. Both were very helpful, and could not have made this experience any easier.

Awesome. The very first person I spoke to assured me I was going to be able to get a personal insurance policy for my husband and I. I had been on the phone for over 3-1/2 hours prior to calling with no success. My day was not good. When I finished I had spoken to 3 of the nicest and very appreciative people ever. Do not go with this service. They will lie and say anything to get you to sign up. I had an absolutely horrible experience. The salesman told me my plan would start right away and payments would be taken out on the 25th of every month. Instead the payments are staggered and my dental policy does not start for a whole year. They repeatedly told me that there was no waiting period. This was an outright lie. Whatever you do go with someone else.

Nisaa worked to find me the most affordable plan, Explained all details, made sure I understood everything before completing the application. Amber securely validated all information and made sure I had all my documents. She too was very knowledgeable about the plan. Would most definitely recommend using them. Had no issues with anything

SCAM!! Charged my account multiple times after policy was already cancelled!! When I called I got transferred around 5-6 different times EVERY TIME I CALLED and none of them really knew what the issue was. Whenever I ask to speak to manager I get hung up on!! Very unprofessional and just flat out SCAM not sure how they are even still open with all these reviews and such incompetent employees!! DO NOT GIVE THEM BANK INFORMATION!!!

The COBRA insurance network has a lot of health insurance options The representatives are super helpful and are not "pushy" or disrespectful. I travel a lot because my family is spread throughout the US and need I coverage that is affordable and will be accepted anywhere. With the help of two fantastic people, William and Sherry I found a plan that fits my needs. Thank you guys so very much for being professional and pleasant.

Big time scam I am starting to believe. We were promised a health insurance policy with certain provisions and when we receive the insurance paperwork and even called the health insurance company no such policy exits. We have called the brokerage several different times and they assured us that everything was fine, not to worry. The first time we try to use the coverage has been less than satisfactory - I will post a follow up.

FRAUD ALERT!! These guys are CROOKS!! Once they LIE and sell you a bogus policy there is NO getting them back on the phone!! ALL THESE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FROM THE AGENTS THEMSELVES, this is a scam!! William sold me a policy and GUARANTEED my insulin would not be over $30. They charged me $512! Now I do nothave insulin, since I had a waiting period!! Even said he checked with his supervisor. Now they refuse my calls!!

If I could give no stars I would. LIARS AND THEIVES. They (Quadell aka "call me anytime") claim they signed me up for "insurance". It is nothing but a discount card with A-1 insurance. My medication with their card would be $280. With the free discount card I found on an app on Google play store was $108. Do not deal with these people ever. I am filing a complaint with the BBB and my state insurance commission.

Very simple process and catered to our needs. We had another carrier but it limited us to 3 doctor visits per year and that was not enough. Very happy I saw the ad on Facebook, although the $9.00 "lost leader" tag was not for health insurance but only prescription coverage, I am glad I decided to call. I was sold a policy by Nessa and she was very pleasant. I was on a budget and wanted health coverage that would protect me from any worst case scenario. I wish i could have received the policy information before signing but i received all the paperwork immediately after and the coverage is what i needed.
