Our A/C unit broke down late in the evening on a Friday. I called Tillman"s , who sent someone to my house within 1/2 hour. They diagnosed the issue, which we knew was going to have to be fixed sometime soon, and quickly began the process. Chance Tillman arrived Friday night and efficiently assessed the problem, offering multiple solutions to fix it. He also left my family portable A/C units so we could stay in our home until the new unit arrived. The crew that put the new unit on our roof, led by chance, was very professional and explained everything along the way. All steps of the process were done as stated, and on time. We are very happy with the way we were treated and highly recommend Tillman Heating & Air Conditioning for anyone needing cooling, plumbing, or heating repairs/ service.

You have always been contentious about service and courtesy! We so appreciate it!
