I love AAA. Aside from the sense of security it provides in the event something happens to your car, it has so many other benefits. I take advantage of the discounts as much as possible and when I go to a musuem, aquarium or a hotel, one of my first questions I as is "Do you give a AAA discount?". Most times the answer is yes! I love it so much, we gave AAA memberships as presents. I also took my daughter there for her passport pictures which were free. The staff is wonderful and extremely helpful. At Christmas time, the line was long, but it moved quickly and the customer service was the same high level it always is!

If all of my interactions with service/support/sales staff were similar to the one I had at the Westwood AAA branch, I would be one happy camper. We purchased tickets to Six Flags, found information about tickets to cinema, received directions to various places, coupons and more. Much more than we came to ask for! Thank you for a great experience and for the day of fun for myself and my 8-year old who had so much fun, we will be going to Six Flags many-many-many more times!

I had the most wonderful l experience at the Westwood AAA office. Renewing my drivers license was easy and conducted by very experienced and kind, cheerful providers. It is a joy getting this done at an AAA site. We are so lucky to have this so close to our home. Going to the RMV is a nightmare and if it can be avoided by using AAA, it is well worth the annual fee for membership. Thanks yor team for a ob well done and greatly appreciated. Judith B. Alpert

First let me say that I found the staff to be very friendly.I found two issues that could be remedied easily. Place a prominent sign at beginning of line that there are forms that need to be filled out before you wait in line. The other issue for me was finding out that the AAA RMV Office do license renewal,as listed on the mobile website,but they do not do C,or CDL Commercial licenses which is not mentioned under what the office does do.

Staff are always pleasant and respond quickly to questions and needs. Recent visit for a trip to Orlando for help for airline tickets, automobile and hotel. Hertz car was a good deal. Few airline times were offered, without explanation. She used the AAA book to find hotels, did not have recommendations for hotels and activities. I was hoping such a popular destination would be well known to AAA staff. Overall, we got a good trip plan

When I go to AAA in Westwood, I am usually buying movie tickets. They make great gifts, and are nice and lightweight for mailing. I also love to get a "location" book when I am planning a trip out of state. When I asked for a California book recently, I was also offered a map, which will come in handy when I visit, and already has helped with my planning. The people at AAA are always friendly and helpful.

I went to renew my license. I was prepared for it to be an all day affair, just like the DMV. Not even close. I was in and out in five minutes, served by an incredibly pleasant woman (whose name I wish I got) and was just amazed at the speed and level of service I received. This service alone makes the AAA subscription worth it!!

AAA Westwood was wicked convenient. I went there to renew my over 21 drivers license and was able to retake my picture, do my eye exam, and skip out on the RMV lines! I am extremely satisfied with the customer service. The woman I worked with was very friendly and kindly let me retake my picture until I was happy with it. (:

Recently got stuck at a location away from home area. AAA was prompt (within 1/2 hr) with courteous service and was provided with the battery service. Price was very reasonable and I am extremely satisfied. Thank you AAA for now having the batteries available with Road Service call, and not involving towing, etc.

I went in for a license renewal on last Friday afternoon. I already had the paperwork filled out, but the reason I had to go in was for the eye test. It took 10 mins or less from start to finish. I am very happy with the service from AAA and would definitely come back and recommend them to others to go here.

I go to AAA for movie tickets quite often, with the cost of movie tickets at the box office today the discounted price you pay at AAA is a great savings, especially when you are bringing a few kids. The AAA staff at the counter are always pleasant and willing to help. SO! Go see a movie.

I always have a good experience when I go to the Westwood branch. No matter how busy it is they are always helpful and pleasant. I recommend AAA as a whole, and the Westwood branch when you need movie tickets, American Express gift cards, travel assistance and transactions with the RMV.

Really fast way to renew drivers license and registration for AAA members. I needed to renew my license and had very little time. I drove to the nearby AAA in Westwood and waited three minutes before someone assisted me. Five minutes later, I had a renewed license.
