They said they would not insure me because I have not had insurance in the last year. That is not fair. I cant get insurance because I do not have insurance? I have never got a ticket or been in an accident and Im 28! Thanks for wasting 12 on hold when I first called then 20 minutes of insane questions like "have you been convicted of vehicular homicide in the last 6 months" or "have you been involved in compulsive bodily injury" I am not sure that that is. I fell snowboard pretty hard. Is that compulsive injury? So a company that wont insure a driver with nothing negative on their drivers record seems kind of shady. Sounds like they are banking off of bad drivers!

I was informed when I signed up that Liberty mutual covered part of Ridesharing that was truly not covered. I found out about this almost a year later, and I am quite upset that I was told that I was covered. I also had a rock chip repaired, and authorized before the work was done by Liberty Mutual. The work was completed. I then received a call from the claims department wanting to come inspect the rock chip repair. What company needs to inspect a $25 repair? How would one fake a repair? Besides these 2 problems, I was very happy with them. But those 2 issues were very big to me.

I had a washing machine break and it flooded my floors. I contacted Liberty and they got someone out right away for water extraction. Then my nightmare began. They basically denied much of my claim and paid me pennies for the work that needed to be done. They delayed answering my calls for weeks and now 6 MONTHS after the accident I am still waiting for the rest of what they say they are paying me. They do NOT stand with YOU. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I am currently pursuing Liberty Mutual and their employees for insurance fraud, racketeering, bribery, wire fraud, mail fraud, attempted murder, etc. They are known for paying doctors to give fake exams and send people back to work without an exam, x-rays, MRIs (the only way to diagnose a soft tissue back injury according to the National Institutes of Health), physical therapy or testing out of a person. This is what happened to me.

This company is a Huge FRAUD & SCAM of a business. Very sad. They do not pay or take responsibility. A large work truck of a company (Blackwell Engineering) they insure crashed into my convertible & they REFUSE to pay in an effort to save money. Corporate Greed. After telling my story it turns out im just one of many scams & frauds......

Be VERY careful to review all the exclusion’s and make the agent put it in writing. They didn’t disclose all the exclusions on a homeowner policy…non ethical sales/agents!
