I went to this AAA office to have passport pictures made because this is one of the benefits of my AAA membership and it was less expensive than having the photos taken at the post office. The associate who helped us was able to take the six passport photos in a reasonable amount of time. However, we then waited for at least 40 minutes for the photos to print. No one asked if I could wait that long; in fact, I had other plans for that morning, which I was not able to take care of because of the wait at AAA. No one asked if I wanted to come back later to pick up the photos. Instead, I waited in the AAA office with five children who did their best to keep themselves entertained. The staff told me that the "camera is slow", but no one explained exactly what that meant.

I have been to this AAA branch twice this summer and found it confusing both times as to which line to stand in to get a map. There appears to be a long line to get to the registry activities or maybe an unidentified line to its right for what I thought should be a line for maps. I was right but others were confused and waiting in the long line just for maps. I think it would be helpful if Amy Beardsly (branch manager) would take the time to clarify which line is for which. The people that work at the branch probably already know this but infrequent customers of this branch have no clue. Hopefully this will be rectified the next time I need their services.

Specifically called the Burlington branch number to ask if they did passport photos for infants and I was told that yes, they do but would need to lay the baby on a white canvas on the floor. I was fine with that, but when I got to the branch they refused to do the photos saying they would not want to put an infant of the floor to take the photo, and as parents we should not want to put our infant on the floor either. Would not have made the 15 minute trip when I have a CVS 2 minutes from my house. CVS was able to take the photo no problem and we did not have to put our baby on the floor.

I would like to thank Amy Beardsty for her help she did on getting my new reg. and sticker and all the paper work,and to say that AAA is need to up date April 1 and my lic is due in June all of these can be done now the Burlington Office. This lady has help be fore went plan our trip for ANN IN SEPT UP IN MAINE.SO IT WAS VERY NICE TO DO BUSINESS AGAIN IT T IS ALWAYS NICE NOW TO BEABLE TO ONE PLACE ALL THE THINGS.i HAVE BEEN A MEMBER SINCE 1963 AND NOW i AM A PREMIER. Easy as pie! I highly recommend skipping the registry of motor vehicles and taking advantage of what AAA has to offer in terms of registry services. I had my license renewed in the Burlington location and it was a really great experience. The people at this location are extremely helpful and friendly and take excellent care of you - even giving you multiple chances to take a decent photo. Worth every penny of the annual membership for these kinds of services.

I was very pleased to have my license renewed so promptly at this AAA branch. The woman responsible for the registry services was cordial and efficient, and I was in and out of there in no time. I would strongly suggest anyone go here instead of waiting at the Registry for an eternity!! Also, I was greeted upon entering the branch and directed to the correct line...even though I should have clearly noticed the signs myself. Pleasant people.

I have been a AAA customer since 2001. I had the BEST experience at AAA in Burlington. I needed to renew my license and had googled where to go since I was at work. I was dreading the thought of waiting hours in line at the Registry. I was thrilled to see that AAA in Burlington handled some of the registry tasks. It took a total of 15 minutes. Record time! I will avoid the Registry at all costs to save time. Very efficient staff.

Overall experience is good . Attending the customers can be improved bit more - when people wait for service in the queue, please do not let them wait [observed support executives talking themselves & works very slow in entering details into system, searching for something etc etc ] - they should be attentive - call them in sequence should not give priority some specific people

I loved the convenience of renewing my drivers license through AAA. no waiting in long lines at the Registry!!! The staff was efficient and professional. When I asked about having passport photos taken, they happily accommodated me. They even provided me with a passport renewal form. It was truly a great customer experience.

My wife went there to renew her drivers license; it was a very quiet day and there was only one person ahead of her in line. It was a great experience, the person was very polite and courteous. It only took around 5 minutes for the whole transaction. I would definitely come back to this location.

I recently was able to take advantage of the RMV services at this branch. I had to transfer a vehicle registration. The wait was very short, only about 5 minutes. The actual transaction went quickly as well. The person who helped me was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this branch!

The registration renewal was handled very efficiently with just a very short wait. Worth the cost of the AAA membership to avoid lines at the RMV office. Of course there are other benefits that come along with the membership which also are very nice to be able to take advantage of.

I went to the Burlington office to pick up some information for our road trip. The people were friendly, professional and efficient. The 2 atlas map books and the fold out map were very helpful. On the trip itself the AAA discounts on hotels were generous. We are very happy with AAA.

My car battery died and AAA arrived quickly, checked it to confirm it was that and not alternator or starter. I was able to buy and have the battery installed right there. The service technician was friendly and very polite. Made a bad car day not so bad!

Went here to Renew my license, WORLDS better than going to the RMV. The AAA staff was friendly, service was quick, even the other customers in line were friendly & helpful. This service alone makes the Annual AAA fee well worth it!!

The service is horrible. You cannot speak to an actual human being and you are bombarded by a mass or menus that are FAQ boilerplate. As a Premier Member of AAA, I expected better than that from them. Very bad customer service!

Last Thursday, I registered an new car and transferred my license plates in under 10 minutes. That included going to the neighboring bank to get cash for the transaction. So much easier and friendly than the Watertown RMV.
