Roger Rathi and his team were so great and I felt myself very fortunate to have Roger as my lawyer in my case: In short Roger and Carrah Crofton were the staff who worked with my case from the beginning to a successful end, were great team and with high level of confidence. They know immigration laws and know how to handle any completions of immigration issues without hasting. One good example I remember during our last week of preparation prior to interview Roger went above and beyond my expectation by highlighting the hidden areas which the immigration office would like to know and questions: Wow during Interview it happened exactly the same way he thought out, and he prepared us how to go about it . He also realized that my case had complications on divorce side; he was able to give me an honest and thorough assessment of my case and he prepared me how to deal with it before meeting with Immigration officer; and it happened during interview day because the officer asked along those lines which Roger prepared us. I was extremely thankful on how Roger and Carrah went about the whole process from beginning to the successful end. His office is reachable 24/7 any time you need help or clarification with humbleness and professionalism they will communicate back to you. Mrs. Crofton prepared us in answering the questions during our interview. One thing which I was so amazed with her; she prepared us also psychological and how to appear and answer the questions. Through her preparations we finally felt that we were ourselves and we had nothing to worry about. The Rathi and Marcus Law Office, went above and beyond every expectation I had, right from the first time that I called. I have great confidence in recommending this team of exceptional lawyers to anyone that needs a good, dependable, honest and fair law team. I’ve chosen the word team, because that is the most accurate word to describe the type of work ethic at The Rathi and Marcus Law Office. While Roger was the man that would take meetings and sit down with my husband and I to help us through the process of my green card applications, his entire team of lawyers worked on our case from start to finnish. I found great comfort in knowing that anytime I called, even if Roger was with another client and not available, that Sarah or Carah would be able to give me dependable information, and knew what was going on with our case. I know that my husband and I could have probably saved some money and filled out applications, and paperwork on our own. However, once learning of the rate that The Rathi and Marcus Law Office wanted for their work, I knew there was no way I could say no. Some service providers ( lawyers, Financial planers, bakers, etc ) are really involved with you, that is until they get your money, and I know that everyone is hesitant when hiring someone new. Lawyer are often known for their poor reputations. That can not be said in this case. Sarah, Carrah and Roger answered every call with patience, and care. They made us feel as though we were their most important client every time we spoke. Needless to say, they did not forget about us throughout the entire process, rather they eased our stress, and went above and beyond at every level. Looking back, it was the best call I made, because it made every step afterwards, easier. To say that they stopped working for us once I got my Green Card, would not be true. The Rathi and Marcus Law Office, still accepts our calls for legal questions … all the time. For the past year I have called at least 5 times to ask general legal questions about immigration. Every time I have called they have taken the time to either answer my question, or find the right answer and tell me. Immigration Case with Lawsuit against Government. I hired attorney Roger Rathi about 2 years ago and he applied for my green card based on marriage to a US citizen. I went to two interviews, but USCIS would not approve my petition. I asked Mr. Rathi and his associate Carrah Crofton to file a lawsuit against USCIS. We did and within 2 months I received my full 10 year green card. Now, I am waiting to file for my citizenship. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a high quality lawyer. He is extremely knowledgeable and treats every client with utmost respect. Whenever I called to follow up with the progress I was able to talk to an attorney directly. Their customer service is of the highest level. Roger Rathi and Carrah Crofton were very supportive in my case and they produced results. As a citizen of Romania, I came to the U.S. initially in 2002 as a visitor and then I changed status to H-1B. My employer filed an I-140 for me, but the company s attorney made several mistakes and my application remained pending for years. I left the U.S. in 2008 to visit my family and when I returned to the U.S. in 2009, when I tried to re-enter I learned at the border that there was a problem with my status. I was paroled into the U.S. and placed in removal proceedings. In ten years, I went through several attorneys before finally finding Mr. Rathi and Sarah Bileti. Thanks to Mr. Rathi and Sarah, I have got my green card in less than a year and in 3 and ½ years after Mr. Rathi started my case, I got the US citizenship, something I could not dream before I meet him. Roger was very knowledgeable about both the law and the USCIS practice. You get the sense that he really knows what he is talking about, without him appearing over-confident. He is highly professional in dealing with clients and does not say something that he cannot back up. He and his team pay great attention to detail. We found it very easy to work with and trust him and he was always open and straightforward with us throughout the process. I retained Roger so that I could apply for some Canadian documents. I had contacted several other firms leaving messages. I did not receive any return calls. I did have a return email from a firm in Montreal. The wait was six months for the documentation. I was happy to have a return call from Roger who promptly set up a phone interview. The face to face meeting quickly followed and I was given thorough instructions on what to do. My next follow up meeting was with Sarah Bileti in the office to fill out all the required electronic documents. Within a week I was meeting Roger at Canadian Immigrations to apply.
