Ive had a good experience at Ross so far. The teachers are great, staff is great. I feel like Im learning alot and they are making me well rounded. My complaint is the kindle. Depending on what program your in some classes you dont get any books. Your books are all on the kindle/ tablet. During lectures it freezes, it doesnt hold charges, if it decides to do an update during lecture theres nothing you can do. You have to wait. If you get to a certain page and accidently bump a button you lose that page and you have to go back to the main menu, then the book, then the chapter then find your page in hopes that you dont bump something again. Its been months and Im still not used to the kindle. They say we need to know how to use newer technology for when we get into the field. How good is that technology when its actually taking 3x longer then a book would? I would recommend ross to others because everything else is great. You just have to suck it up with that kindle.

The two teachers i had were amazing, but after i finished the course it has been downhill. I am doing an externship now and doing NOTHING that i learned or went to school for. I had to study and take test for stuff that i thought i would be doing, now i am sitting in an office and ONLY answering phone calls, they want us to get hired into our extern…. so i paid 15,000 to answer telephone calls.

My experience at Ross was great! The instructors are very supportive and brief during lectures, everything lectured is also practiced hands on. The instructors make it a goal to have their students at their best and ready for when they go out on the field. Very great school and fast paced. I Highly recommend!
