It’s hard to know who you can trust to fix a problem in your home. You wonder if they’re telling you the truth or just trying to sell you something. But we found a company you CAN trust for attic and rodent issues: ATTIC CONSTRUCTION. And especially, TONY GOLDMAN – the most thorough, friendly, and honest sales person I have ever met. He assessed our problems, showed us video and photos of the current status, and gave us a very detailed step-by-step process of what would be done to clean the attic, rodent-proof it, disinfect it, and install all new duct work and insulation. I have never believed and trusted a sales person so fully. Tony is professional, smart and knowledgeable…but he actually CARED about our house, about us, and about solving our problems. He made sure that every promise he made during the sales process was fulfilled to our satisfaction, and continues to follow-up to make sure all is well and the attic is clear of activity. The whole team at Attic Construction is amazing (shout-outs to Logan, Mike, Josh, David and Sharan). So, if you’re having problems with rodents in the attic, or need new duct-work, call TONY at Attic Construction. He’ll make sure the solutions he recommends solve your problems. And his team will do the job right. Our attic is now rodent-free and the AC/heat is working better than it ever did. Highest accolades for these guys!!

Adam was very informative, pleasant, respectful, and very detailed with the work they will do from top to bottom. They answered all our questions and guaranteed quality which is why Attic Construction got our business! Layne, who supervised the work, was also informative, respectful, pleasant, and very informative. Layne was present from begining to end. Adam and Layne told us everything that will happen and what to expect from beginning to end. The crew let us inspect the attic after they vacuumed and hand picked the mess in the attic, after sanitizing, before they insulated and after they insulated. They rodent proofed all the holes and vents all over the house! They even cleaned up after the work and nothing for us to do after they left. Overall, we are very pleased with the work from beginning to end. We were informed about the small detail of the job which I liked the most! We definitely recommend them most, and WE received free quotes from multiple companies!! For the cost we pay, we expect quality and so far, it seemed that we received it. We will be cashing in the rodent proof warranty we received on 6 months or so and will let you know if in fact, the rodent proofing was very effective!

I definitely need to change my review. It was previously a 1 star, but the company immediately contacted me and corrected the problem. They sent out their supervisor Michael Ortiz and his team. If you want a job well done and someone that truly cares, ask for Michael and his team. They spent 4hrs vacuuming out the insulation the prior team put in and then made sure they did the job correctly. They pulled up the plywood that the first team did not put back correctly or tossed, and at the end of the job they went out and bought new plywood and put it down better than they found it. The owner called me afterwards to ensure that the job was done correctly and I was satisfied. I would definitely recommend this company now. The only words of advise, is if the sales representative offers anything extra, make sure that they write it up in the work order, so there are no questions and it is done properly the first time.

AMAZING and AWESOME!!! We highly recommend Attic Construction for your next attic insulation project. Tony was very professional in his approach and explained the entire process from beginning to end; we did not even consider getting a second estimate. Tony is extremely knowledgeable. Robert, the crew leader, brought Carlos and Kysaun to do the work. We expected noting less in their work ethic, courtesy, and professionalism. They showed us every step of the process- removal, attic inspection before insulation, and final clean up (all in one day). They will send you all the before, during, and after pictures. Thank you again Robert, Carlos, Kysaun, and of course Tony. We went from a full-size house oven to a cooler home all thanks to Attic Construction.

This company is great! I called because my house was way to hot in the summer and my feet would freeze in the winter. My free estate was done by Adam. He called with his arrival time and was very polite and professional during his visit. I was impressed with the services provided like clean up, rodent proofing and sanitation, and the R value that they offered. My appointment was scheduled for a few days later on the spot. The work crew was just as professional and thorough. They worked till they were done on a very hot day and all the employees are very happy friendly people. I would recommend them to anyone. Also they have a one year warranty on the rodent proofing and was told to call if I hear anything. GREAT WORK! Very affordable! Thanks!

I had an appointment with Attic Construction on Aug 28, 2017 for a free consultation on rodent proofing. Eric arrived on time & ready to go to work immediately. Eric took initiative & installed wiring around a pipe that had a gap to prevent rodents entering the upper attic area. Also took pictures & said that the insulation look great & no holes in the air ducts. No sign of rodent activity. Great job Eric! I would definitely recommend Attic Construction.

The whole process was effortless and quick. Met with Tony (very knowledgeable and helpful) on a Monday and had the insulation replacement done that Friday! The crew leader Franklyn made sure to address any concerns I had and was very responsive to any requests I had. The crew members, Mathew and Jose, were very personable and hard-working. Once all the work was done, they cleaned up and left the house with no evidence of their time here.

Not only did they come on the last day of the year but they worked diligently until the job was complete into the night! Mike Ortiz was the crew leader and did a great job with covering all the issues that arose and surveying the project. Despite the scope of the work and dirty condition (in the rain!) the house was as clean as they arrived (and way cleaner in the attic!) Highly recommended.

Outstanding service. The technician, Layne, was very polite and professional. I pointed out what I wanted done and he rapidly took care of it. When finished he cleaned up the work area and provided me with before and after pictures of the work done.
