They will answer any question you have..whenever you do get to actually speak to someone and not an answering machine. My disappointed falls with never being updated on my case. First time having a case and I still have no clue what is going on, besides the letters that come every month stating the case is processing...Maybe they take on too many cases but a client should never feel abandoned or lost when the promise of a company is "we fight for you"
