I have been a AAA member for about 7 years now. Had no problem what so ever until i moved to pioneer valley AAA and had to work with Colette Hirshfield ( account manager). The WORST person to ever work with, i would recommend to AVOID her at all cost !!! extremely unprofessional to say the least. After my experiences with her in AAA i changed my insurance provider in hopes that AAA will improve their services.

I TRIED to book round trip air travel from Amherst,MA to Southern CA. I chose to to do it in person,at the Hadley office. The agent was untrained. She became more and more confused and frustrated as her repeated efforts failed.Eventually,in desperation,she asked for phone advice from another agent. After a MANY tries,she succeeded .The agent was nice,but not competent.

I have been a member of AAA for almost 50 years, seventeen of those years in the Pioneer Valley. Aside from internal hiccups on the part of their administration, I have had a good relationship mostly with their travel division and sometimes with their insurance division.

Love MY AAA !!! Hadley office is great, excellent travel assosciates able to easily get you where you want to go. They now have some RMV options on site so no long waits at the registry and staff is so much much nicer.. Thanks Hadley !!

Why is this office closed on Saturday? It did not used to be. Why does it not have US maps. It used to have them. I had to go to W. Springfield to get them.
