Michael Flynn

As a civil attorney, I often get asked for recommendations for criminal defense counsel. Often times, these inquiries come from individuals under a great deal of stress and with serious need of prompt, compassionate and competent legal representation. For more than a decade, I have been referring these individuals to Kim & LaVoy SC. Julius and Jon are not only fine technical attorneys, they are also men of great integrity, passion and conviction. Over the years, they have consistently achieved the best possible outcomes for ordinary folks who have found themselves in unfortunate and often critical circumstances. For those in need of OWI or criminal counsel, I would recommend Kim & LaVoy SC without reservation.

This was by far the biggest waste of $5,500. The gal who represented me was extremely condescending and no help whatsoever. She didn’t fight for me and constantly reminded me that I got myself into the situation, more or less telling me to accept the consequences. I lost the job I loved and cannot drive for 17 months, followed by 16 with an IID. Most of the information I was given along the way ended up being contrary to the facts. She’s not with the firm any longer, so perhaps I got the wrong attorney. Nevertheless, I am far worse off for having sought counseling with Kim & LaVoy. Proceed with caution!

About a year and a half ago I met with this firm to ask one simple question. The person Imet with simply was at odds wheather or not it could be answered. A month or so later, finally got a response, which in fact was wrong. I do not reccomend this firm. It cost me $750.00 for this. I figure the fee was to maintain their plush leather in the waiting area. Wanted to give them zero stars, but wouldnt let me post. LOL as for the other reviews, look who they are coming from.
