Kyle Peters gave an incredible presentation at my place of work. After the presentation he allowed me to come and speak with him directly. He had answers for any question I threw at him. We got on the topic of loans and he told me how easy it would be to apply online. I applied online and within 24 hours I was contacted by Amanda, a loan officer at the Capitol Branch. She did an amazing job assisting me throughout the entire process! I was in need of picking up the loan over the weekend, in which the lobby is typically closed. I got in touch with Kyle and explained my situation and he went in on his day off to make sure I was taken care of. Easy application, very knowledgeable employees, and willing to go above and beyond to help their clients. A++

I am fairly new to OECU. I have had a hard time.getting any kind of bank account because of some prior expierences and while they limited my account at first they still gave me one. The service is great both online and on the phone. They work hard to protect your money and keep your identity safe. I have recommended numerous people to this establishment and will continue to send people their way.

Zack Skeeters was amazing and very friendly when I applied for my loan. Not only did he help me with what I needed, he had me approved and finished in less than a hour. What I expected to be super stressful was not at all , once I got in there Zack was so nice and made me feel comfortable it was a great experience.

Been a member for over 25 yrs, when it was known as ESEO. Recently did refinance on our house, Kellie Freeman took care of us and the process and turn around were very quick. Glad the loan will be staying here locally. OECU has always been my go to place to borrow when I need to.

I banked at Chase (New York) for over 20 years. In other words, I wasted my money on high service fees which in turn paid their board of directors. I like how the OECU board of directors is comprised of volunteers. I also like the fact that my money stays in Oklahoma. :)

Member since 2010, but I have lived out of state for nearly all of that time. They folks are great to work with over the phone and have helped me through many situations. Autoloan department is great too. Promptly answer the phone, no phone buckets like big banks.

Worst credit union I have ever dealt with. I DO NOT reccommend getting any type of loan through this institution. They will fasly report late payments. My car was totaled they recieved the insurance check, but are still reporting it as late to my credit.

I have had so many great experiences here. Most of the bankers are really nice and understanding. Some of the tellers are rude and are not willing to work with you but the good out weigh the bad with this credit union.

Horrible customer service, and most if not all of the workers have no clue what they are talking about. Take your business elsewhere. Hidden fees that they will withdraw from your account without authorization.

Horrible service. Too many mistakes on my paperwork to even count. Rude. Incompetent. I put almost 50% down and have a very high credit score and they were still a nightmare to deal with. Stay far away.
