I visit the Duncanville branch quite often. I only had a savings however today an associate at the Duncanville branch convinced me that switching my checking account from my current institution to an advantage checking at City Credit Union would benefit me in the long run. I looked forward to the many opportunities with this Credit Union and branch location.

we are a local auto dealership. this c.u. uses our money for a week before funding car deals. multiply our $20,000 times all dealers in area!! terrible c.u. We will pick up our car and city c.o. can explain to their member why they didn,t pay after dealer purchased car.tranferred title to new owner, paid customers sales tx,recorded c.u. lein!!!BEWARE!!!!!

I have had a very good experience with staff at the branch I use. They really try to help you, and even remember my name! Very busy on Saturday morning, however. Only a 4 star rating because the 800 phone support is not very helpful.
