If I could rate this Law Firm no stars that’s what they would get. It’s been a year since I hired them after my Car was hit while parked by a speeding driver. I never heard anything until a year later saying they were submitting the demand letter to the drivers insurance company. Only to months later they get an offer that wouldn’t even cover my medical bills alone. You can NEVER get a return call and they DO NOT respond to your emails and the receptionist is RUDE. They seem like you are bothering them when you are trying to get an update on your case. You will NEVER talk to the actual Lawyer either. I finally got to speak with one of the many people that has had my case and requested to settle as I had run out of time and also patience with this ridiculous firm only to be told it could take up to 3-4 weeks to receive final settlement check. I also told them I would be responsible for all bills only to be told that I couldn’t for the 3 highest ones because they had to. I will NEVER EVER recommend this firm to anyone. They are horrible!. They do not fight for you period they sit on your case that’s about it. Shannon is the ONLY one that is helpful and nice. Everyone else HORRIBLE.

As we all know Family court is stressful and the world of the unknown for most. Erika, Not only kept me updated , was very knowledgeable and patient with my case. She is very quick to respond rather it is a phone call or email. As my case progressed and numerous events happened with the other parent, Erika was calm, straight forward and never once lied to me. I WILL use Erika again when that time comes for sure. The cost is not as bad as most assume, considering the steps and procedures each attorney has to follow in order to resolve your case.
