I first switched to LA Bowen after reading the positive reviews on Google. I have been with them now for over 2 years and LOVE them!! I have been with other companies and this is by far the most involved/personal and caring company I have ever been with. I love that they have no sales tactics and really listen. I previously worked with Jenny who left and when Aly took over I was amazed at how streamlined the transition was. And Aly is absolutely amazing. Top notch!! I have called Aly many times for random questions, help with many insurance issues and I have had my mom sign up here too. I recommend them to anyone I know as Aly is always willing to find me the price that fits with what I need/want. You will not regret using them. I have my home owners and cars through them and I have never been disappointed.

L.A. Bowen is a TOP notch business with attention to detail and fabulous customer service. I seriously put them to the test by asking them to generate quotes for every single insurance need we had. The research performed by Dennis Bowen and his team was phenomenal! They maintained a solid commitment to get good bids with high quality insurance rates I could find comfortable. The entire experience was positively informative and in the end I was given at least 3 great options to choose from. By bundling all of our insurance needs (Auto, Home and Personal Liability Umbrella Policy) we were able to save $1500 a year, without compromising any quality standards and in fact increasing our coverage. I would highly recommend L.A. Bowen for ALL your insurance needs.
