Honest and professional are the two words I would use to describe Great Florida Insurance Brooksville! I’m a long time, loyal USAA customer, but I was surprised at how difficult it was for me to get home insurance through USAA. After I finally did, I wasn’t sure if I was getting sufficient coverage at a reasonable rate… but I didn’t know who to ask to verify. Then I met the folks at Great Florida Insurance Brooksville and they offered to look over my coverages and rate. I was impressed by their response…. They said my policy looked good! They could match everything at that rate, but unless I had a reason to switch agents, I may as well stay-put for now. I appreciate their honest advice about which coverages I need (and don’t need!) and even more that I didn’t feel pressured or sold-to. Before my policy renews, I’ll be calling them for another “check-up” on my plan - I recommend you do the same!
