I switched to State Farm a little over 6 months ago, and that has proven to be a very wise decision. Farah takes care of my account, and not only is she always professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, but she was able to substantially improve my rates and level of coverage compared to my last company. Any time I have a question or need anything, Farah takes care of it immediately and makes me feel like she and the rest of her team truly value my business. This exemplary customer service does not stop with Farah. I called today and spoke with Carter regarding a proof of insurance request, and without even looking up my account, he instantly knew who I was, the types of insurance policies I carry, and he fulfilled my request within minutes. I was astonished by this level of personalized service. I highly recommend this team for your insurance needs.
