When purchasing my first home, TOP insurance was very helpful when creating my policy and made sure I got the coverage I needed. Lori explained it all to me as we were setting up the policy. They where very prompt in returning my phone calls and emails. Furthermore, Lori always got the correct documents to my mortgage broker on time and made sure I received copies of everything that was sent. I had looked around prior to choosing TOP, but not only did I get the best rate with them, I got the best customer service.
