My husband and I own a small business and encountered a complicated premises liability issue in dealing with our leased space. Laurie Ross at Wagner responded to my numerous questions in a prompt and professional fashion. She understood our situation, and tried to find a policy that would work. Rarely do you encounter such a willingness to help potential clients. In the end, we were not able to go with Wagner because of our situation. Laurie, nonetheless, was consistently wonderful. Intel about 2 weeks ago when i had to work with a man named Dan he is very rude, immature, and a ass, and like to laugh in your face, shame on him. i still recommend this place but DO NOT WORK WITH DAN.
