I have been with Mosaic Insurance for some time now, and absolutely LOVE working with Patty. She goes above and beyond on assisting me. I recently went to direct withdraw on my monthly payment, Patty’s customer service was outstanding, as she checked the first months to make sure everything was set up properly, and it was, then emailed me to give me the good news. You don’t find that level of service very often, BUT I can always count on Patty. THANKS PATTY!!!!
