My wife and I have purchased two cars from Puente Hills Toyota. We leased a new Camry a few years back and since that lease has expired we just purchased a new 2010 Scion Xb. I am pleased to say that the experience on both occasions was some of the best service I have ever recieved at a car dealership. They were honest, forthright, and they negotiated in good faith. As someone with retail car selling experience on many levels, I was pleased that they treated me as a knowledgable professional. I drove all the way from Corona CA and will do so again. For all of you idiots that slam this dealer because you were not happy with your negotiation, you should understand a few things: DONT expect an UNREALISTIC discount! The dealer is NOT going to lose money on you, regardless of what your "expert" friend told you. 5000 dollars of discount off of a base model Camry only happens at one place...FANTASY Toyota Make sure you negotiate in good faith. Dont ask a salesman and his manager to negotiate with you and spend hours grinding numbers when you have NO intention of buying the car. If you are doing that YOU are the liar and YOU are NOT negotiating in good faith. If you are planning to shop around, BE UPFRONT about it. HONESTY will always help you at a car dealership. Most of the bad experiences people recieve in trying to purchase a new vehicle are brought on by the buyers themselves. Dont play games, be honest, and your experience can be a good as mine. By the way, I got KILLER deals on BOTH my cars from Puente Hills Toyota. The discounts I recieved in negotiation were VERY significant and it was a win/win transaction for both the dealer and me!

Never recommend to send your car to be repaired at this dealer! I have my 2006 Sienna repaired at this dealer last month and I found grease leaked one day later, (lucky?) I sent it back to check and they told me that boot was worn out ( 5 year car?) and have it replaced at $400. they said they did not find it during last repair even I had been told that everything was OK while I picked it up last time. I went to other repair shop and found out only the claim was loos (how?). I have it repaired @ $72 (oil change included)! Puents Hills Toyota was only tricking you to pay top money may be for nothing, I strongly doubt how was the precentage of $800 paid was in such trick!

Disappointed with the service center experience. Came for last of my 25k free service...the work done on my car was not thoroughly explained and I was not proactively kept up to date on the status of my car. I arrived with an appointment at 7am and was told the service would take an hour and thirty minutes. Three hours later I have not yet left. After every hour increment I had to go and inquire the status even though I was told someone would tell me when my car was ready. I would potentially still be waiting if I did not inquire. Quite glad that I did not purchase a service extension so that I can find a place with better customer service.

Worst service ever never coming back here forsure made an apointmet here for a recall and had me pickup the car because they ddnt have the parts so they made new appointment and then again had me pickup the car they ddnt have the part yet i was late to work twice because they cannot organize theyr work place the third time i madeit clear it better be the last time things like that happen i will never ever bring a car here again ill go to longo toyota if i ever need something this place sucks and needs new management asap cant play with peoples time like this my job and safety of my family is a seriouse deal

Bought 2 trucks 2014,-2016 tundra crew max with in the last two years.0n my 2016 for my last oil change I was denied because I was at 26000 miles .because I was 1000 miles past the 25000 miles service.im very disappointed in the maintenance service they gave me.with both trucks I spent over $94,000.00 and could not get my last oil change because I brought it in 1000 miles pass the 25000 miles.its not the $60.00 that gets me it the principal of the matter after spending on both trucks that they can not provide me with the last 25000 miles service.never again I will buy,or recommend Puente hills toyota.

In 2012, My daughter went first to Longo Toyota , she want to buy a car , the salesman was rude, in the second day my husband take her to Puente Hills Toyota, she likes a 2011 Yaris sport, a salesman Juan Maldonado attend her and in she bought the car, next week my another daughter wento to Puente Hills Toyota and Juan Maldonado was excellent she bought a 2012 Yaris, tres days ago my daughte Susana went again and she trade the 2011 yaris for a Scion 2014, she received help from Juan Maldonado, he is the best, If you want to buy Toyota, go and ask for Juan Maldonado he help you ...HE IS THE BEST

This place charged 3 hours labor ($360) for replacing the starter for my 03 Corolla! I got no choice because the car broke down, but if you do, go to other places to get an estimate first. If you look around the internet for the technical detail to replace the starter, it only requires to remove 2 screws and the estimate repair labor should be only 2 hours at the most. I do not expect a master technician from a toyota dealership with years of experience and all the tools available to take more. The customer relationship manger was unprofessional and irritating to say the least, terrible overall.

Have my 2010 Prius service many times at puente hill toyota and no one ever told me that Prius only need oil change every 10,000 miles. They would put a sticker on the window to tell you come back every 5000 miles but they won't tell you that you can do it every 10,000 miles. The service people from longo toyota told me that you dont have to do oil change every 5000 miles and they can just reset maintenance reminder for you free of charge. I got rip off by puente hill Toyota so many times and changed the oil every 5000 miles and they charge $59.99 to do Prius oil change.

I bought my first car last week at this dealership! Everyone was extremely helpful and welcoming! Fernando is the sales man who helped me through most of the process, he is funny, and most importantly not an agressive. He made me feel really comfortable, and he was patient with me because I was nervous about committing to a car. I spoke with a couple other men also in the process and each of them were all very kind and accommodating. Fernando even bought me car mats and filled up my gas tank before I left, great service :D

The car buying experience is not just about the car, it is also weighed heavily on their service. I hate pushy salesman because they are like sharks just out trying to get you to buy. In contrast, Ian, in the internet sales department, was very helpful with my car needs over the past few months. I always have a ton of questions and he always has the right answer or will find the answer for you in a promptly matter. As soon as you get on the lot, ask for Sim Luu. My wife and I were interested in getting a 2014 Prius Plug-In. We were first met by Sim, who came off as genuine rather than the stereotypical car salesman. As we went through the car-buying process, Sim laid out all the details for us and our financial options. I really could not have asked for a smoother car-buying experience. Sim was actually able to make it enjoyable. Next time I need a car, I will be going straight to Sim again.

Terrible service from all departments. Louie from the service dept will lie to your face! The service department will lie to you and then not give you what you are paying for. i have had four terrible experiences with Puente Hills Toyota. I will now go out of my way to find another dealership for my service needs. dont waste your time with these pigs... I have lost all faith in toyota after this experience. In fact, i will never buy a toyota again!! way to go dirt bags!!!

Terrible dealership!!! Do not buy from these people they will lie and give you so much attitude. I bought a car only to return it two days later-it was in a crash but they did not tell me until I got it inspected on my own!! The only reason they refunded me was because the general manager walked in and they did not want me to tell him my situation! Horrible experience and I hope this review helps others avoid going through the situation I went.

They are the only one dealership who has my desired car. It took me two weeks to find my Highlander XLE 4X4 with blizard pearl and almond interior. They provided me this vehicle with a reasonable price. I had loan from my bank but they beat that price and financed full amount. But make sure do negotiation as much as you can. But these guys can beat any price for sure. I would love to come back if I need to buy another SUV.

Horrible service today. A Have to ask for my car back it was 2 and half hour inside of the facility for oil change only. Not only that when I went to ask the girl working on stand desk by entrance of the theatre she give an attitude I know she was busy but I have a simple question about timing. I end up to ask for my car back without serviced after 2 1/2 hours. Very disappointed with this kind of service. No one apologized.

Jason Lopez was very helpful in our purchase of our 2016 hybrid Avalon. We gave him our specifications in what we wanted and he came through. Jason was very attentive, respectful, knowledgeable and very patient with all our questions. Jose Daiz, Finance Manager, was helpful in all the paperwork that was required. We had so many questions regarding the finance. He was very, very patient. Jose gave us his full attention.

Yes, you may pay a little more, but you get excellent service the genuine parts install and a guaranty on the work done. Mr. Tom Andersen always check for not only what service is needed, but also recalls each time I come in for service on my prius. Mr. Andersen does an excellent job on keeping my Prius up to date.

The Sales manager, Calvin Mann was excellent and assisted me in my vehicle purchase. He was honest and gave me good advice. I was in and out of the dealership very quickly. I plan on purchasing my next vehicle from Puente Hills again. The service department is also very fast and efficient. An average oil change takes less than an hour and they offer a child friendly play area for kids to entertain themselves.
