I had a lawyer for a defamation case against me. The lawyer was not, I felt being forthcoming about what I had on my side, and was telling me that I had no case, and that I had to accept all the other parties demands. I contacted Browning Law, and he immediately got them to stop badgering me, and told me that what this lawyer told me was incorrect, that I did have an excellent case, The other party wanted $ 500K in damages, and Mr. Browning went through all their documents item by item with me, and he pointed out to me all the ways that I was being manipulated by my current lawyer, and that the other party were the ones who had no case. He pushed back for me and it felt wonderful to have such a brilliant lawyer on my side. The other lawyer that I originally had said to me" Who the hell is this guy" because he was livid that I would find out that I had a case- a very strong one, and that so many of the things he told me were wrong .I did not pay one cent, and it all went away, thanks to the wonderful attorney, Allen Browning from Browning Law. Also, the people in his office were wonderful, I always got my calls taken or answered by the end of the day. I highly recommend Browning Law !

On Thursday, May 7, 2014, a Madison County jury unanimously acquitted Darren Helm of resisting or obstructing officers, because he refused an order of Officer Wynn Robison to un-boot a car before being paid the unbooting fee. Darren, through his attorney, Allen Browning, stated he was pleased with the verdict, as he was just doing his job when he was arrested for refusing to obey an illegal order from the officer.
