I strongly suggest anyone who wants awesome service, rates, and coverage to call this Morgantown GEICO office! The service you will get when calling the corporate office pales in comparison to the service you will get when you work with this local office. The office manager, David Saab, is a fantastic! I have purchased multiple policies from him and every time he is efficient, thorough, and honest. Three qualities anyone should value in their insurance agent. I will not go anywhere else for my insurance needs.

I received a Geico quote online yesterday and made a call to the local agency today with some questions. The agent I spoke with (Keith) would not even let me ask any questions due to the fact that I declined to provide my phone number until I decided to purchase a policy. It became such an issue that I had to explain that I would go with another company if the phone number was that big of a deal. He then proceeded to hang up on me. The behavior was unprofessional to say the least.

I simply love Geico and especially this office. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with this office whether I call in or walk in the service is simply the best. The office manager David Saab is a godsend to the insurance world. He not only saved me money on my car and home insurance he was great to work with. He was very professional and had a great personality. I have enjoyed every interaction with him and his staff. 5 stars all the way!!!

Terrible terrible .....i was going to swich to this place and then we had a car accident and couldnt swich so i call in and told chris ...that i wpuld no longer like to swich ..he soad ok and everything was taking care of then today i fine out they billed me anyway ....when i call to talk to chris he was he didnt remember have a conversation with me ....ugh never will i swich to Geico!!!!! Alwful people

Couldnt be more satisfied with an insurance office and company. Geico has been great to me and my family, and the agents at the local office were very nice and helpful. I would recommend this office to anyone. Whether you have to stop in or call them, they left me feeling as if I was more then just a customer, but rather like family.
