Nicholas Gerbino was absolutely fantastic and helped us get a lower mortgage rate with the minimum possible fuss. He is super knowledgable and easy to work with, and he has a great sense of humor. This was the easiest and least stressful refinance we have ever experienced. Kimberly Carsillo was an equally amazing processor- she was always on top of things and kept me on task and made the whole process work even though I had to fly to the east coast to be with my mother in the hospital. They sent a notary out to the wilds of Western Pennsylvania to make our mortgage happen! I give them both five stars!

Chris Connelly was fantastic to work with. He was very responsive and was spot on with all the information he gave me. I would highly recommend him. Danielle Kurtz was also very good. She had to help out with problems I was having with my title company. I would still highly recommend her. They both made the process on their end very easy and the web portal they set up for the loan is very easy to use and keeps you up to date on the entire process.

Rate was great. Expect overwhelming documentation requirements and explanations. Apologetically delayed and ignored communication from most everyone I worked with. Expectation given was a 30 day close. It was 90 days. Hardly worth the effort and time over a conventional mortgage.

Told me all the things i wanted to hear, said my note would come down $150 a month, made me pay $500 for an appraisal and then told me it didnt go through because i would only save $19 a month. What happened to the $150 a month!!! Wasted $500 on these crooks.
