Came in to pay off my loan and transfer the tittle to someone else. They screwed up the paperwork and made it a nightmare to have me and the other party running back and forward trying to get everything sorted out. If you are selling your vehicle and need to pay off the loan and get the bank to do the release of interest, make sure you get the "lieu of tittle"/bank release of interest. the odometer reading statement and the release of interest from seller!

Im from Sacramento california. I heard about becu thur a friend that banks there. He said this was the best to do ur banking at so i went into a becu in Tukwila and open an account. When i went in the place everyone was so happy and helpful they came to me and ask me if i needed assistance!! Also all the other workes said hi to us like they knew us already. They were fast with opening my new account n friendly. I recommend becu to everyone.

I always feel "Special" when I get any service at BECU. The building is lovely. Staff are always kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I love the youth saving, giving, spending program I use it on myself. And now I am using the investing service for my retirement money. Dr DSLance made it so simple. I trust them unconditionally

I came to this location the morning I was leaving for a trip, because I needed to replace a lost debit card. They provided prompt and helpful service and I was extremely satisfied. I was impressed that even at the corporate headquarters they were so attentive and caring.

Great place but they need to open more branches like this one. I often need to go to the bank to get a specific amount of money not by 20s and its an inconvenience to drive out there to have to do it.

The checking and savings accounts are easy to use. The rates on loans very competitive but sometimes the line to see a teller can get way too long! I am talking 30-40 people deep

Expect long lines if you need any real cash you have to make a special trip to Tukwila and take a # if your a saver rates are bad other than that ok

Pretty designed BECU and it is a huge place. Almost feel like walking into a car dealership. There is even a car inside. It is quite loud inside.
