I wouldnt recommed this firm 20mths and still my case is not handled, ive been through so many lawyers on my case and I have to explain myself everytime! No one ever knows whats going on i my case ever! My accident wasnt life threatening per one of the lawyers no limbs were lost and no one died so under some law my case wasnt worth taking to court, so with all this being said im still here waiting ever the insuranse sent my check to them. This experience is nothinf but upsetting and disappointing!!! Noone ever get back with my I call leave messages and I will not recommend this firm EVER!!!

At first I was confused cause I was never contacted with winning instructions. I had to facebook and message Thomas J . Henrys page to get information on the situation. They do not return calls. Three different attorneys assigned over the past year, and each one is identified to me when I try to get in touch with the last one. That always leads to a complete re-examination of the facts of the case, and a whole new round of "ahah" moments. This leads me to believe that when they send me notice of proposed settlement it will be pretty low because thay have no clue at this point what was involved in the recovery.
