Absolutely have the best people in the office. I love the friendly atmosphere. My rates are so much more affordable here especially since I have so many vehicles and my deductible is where it needs to be now. We did home and auto bundle and am paying less for my home and 4 vehicles than I was before on just the 4 vehicles.

I would not recommend Dan Priest Insurance to anyone at all... PERIOD! All of the 40 plus reviews on here he paid people to write them. Most of them not even clients. My words can not describe the dishonesty. Please there are multiple insurance agency in south east Texas. Go to another one.

Gave me a good quote, and the guy was very sweet. Not uncomfortably sweet. I have speech problems and studder a lot. Mr.Payne was very patient and understanding. He asked about my day when things were loading instead of putting me on hold.
