We have used Western Reserve Group for 7 years and had to file a claim in 2014 for wind/storm damage approximately $15,000 claim. The adjuster and claim representative were both very professional and courteous. We were very pleased with how things were handled in a very timely manor. We highly recommend Western Reserve Group. A+ rating in my book!!

I had an accident and was they were fast an very helpful in dealing with me. I talked to the claims department several times over it. The lady that helped me took care of everything very fast. They paid off my Jeep and a week later I had my new Jeep. Thank you Western reserve for working so hard.

Do not use this company they are scam artist I been with them for a while and they drop me due to some accident that was not my fault but they refuse to fight for me or anything they take ur money and give u no help
