I went to this location 4 times to open up a checking and savings account for my mom and myself. The 3rd time I was able to open up my accounts. I went back the 4th time to close my account. They had the nerve to charge me $5.00 for an account that I had for 24 hours only. For all the inconvenience they should have given me more than that. The 3rd time my mom and I were at this location we were there for 3 hours and still did not get her account opened. I do NOT recommend even thinking about coming to this credit union.

Although customer service is great. The bank is not a military friendly business. I am a military service member and had a very difficult time trying to get the bank to approve shipment of my car to another country due to military orders. The VP of Lending Mr. Chad Evans was not as specific and helpful as I would wish; not giving specific reasons why the vehicle cannot be shipped after I did everything he and the risk management team asked. May be a great bank but VERY INCONVENIENT for ACTIVE MILITARY MEMBERS.

I have been a member of the CSRA Credit Union for over 5 years. I have always had a pleasant experience whether in person or over the phone. I would highly recommend credit unions and this credit union in particular to anyone over a traditional bank.

A decent Credit Union. The Wheeler Rd branch in Augusta, GA is very nice and full of friendly and helpful staff. Avoid the downtown branch on 8th St. Not sure why, but the tellers are pretty grouchy and rude sometimes.

They are a shared partner of my Credit Union in Missouri and so they can access my account. Yet they have a limit on the amount of funds they would disperse in cash. Bogus.

My husband has banked with this bank for 25 years and everything was fine until ATLANTA came in and took over!!! DISASTER!!! My hus. got cancer & he was wronged!

It takes entirely too long to receive service. Its never busy but some how they take forever to see customers.
