"Worked with Linda again...always a great experience and such a wonderful woman. Great team at Shoreline and Linda always goes above and beyond in helping. Nancy is a great manager too ! Just a shout out to the service team I worked with too (Paul, Bob and Mike). Had an accident with my bike and all 3 did a great job getting me back on the road. The best service center in the state by far. All of their technicians are both professional and highly skilled. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. they make you feel like family and will keep your bike at peak performance. they make recommendations depending on the individual not what is selling best. I have complete confidence in the entire staff at the dealership. they never tried to sell me anything I did not want. always gave me great advice from pipes to motor work. All based on the way I ride my bike.

This is two reviews in one. This is for Mike in the service department who arranged for pick up of my bike and kept me apprised a few times of the progress until it was done (which happily turned out to all be under the warranty). And for Linda from the front store area who went out of her way on a Sunday to check where my bike was located in the service area in order to let me pick it up on a Sunday when the service dept is closed. Michael from Service is absolutely amazing!!!! He made my husband’s 50th Birthday surprise PERFECT. He was able to pick up, drop off, and get my husband’s bike serviced and detailed within a three day time period while we were away in Las Vegas!! When we came home, the bike was shiny and new when my husband opened the garage door!! Michael kept in touch with me and also coordinated with my neighbors to make it happen while I took my husband to Las Vegas. Thank You

Tom Page of the Sales Department was awesome during the purchase of a 2017 HD Freewheeler, my first motorcycle. Tom provided me with tons of information about motorcycles and the steps necessary to obtain my NJ license...Tom said that 20 minutes on the bike will feel like a vacation. Boy, was he right. Came in off street, asked if i could have grips swapped. Bike taken in, in a timely matter. Was notified a part was needed. One of the mechanics had part ,so task was completed in a very short time.
