HAD THE REAR ELECTRIC POWER WINDOW FAIL, AND TOOK THE VEHICLE TO OUR LOCAL CHRYSLER DEALER. TOOK TWO CALLS TO TRUE AUTO, BUT PRIMARILY DUE TO A COMMUNICATION FAILURE. THE REPS AT TRUE AUTO WERE POLITE AND PROMPT, AND DID PRECISELY WHAT THEIR CONTRACT PROMISED. ABSOLUTELY NO COMPLAINTS.

My wife had this service and she had the worst time with anyone accepting this protection to get her car fixed I REPEAT DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GET THIS COVERAGE THE SALES PERSON WAS RUDE TO US AND WE WILL NEVER USE THIS PROTECTION AGAIN NO THANKS!!!!!
